Author of Stand Up Paddling Flat Water to Rivers and Surf and Kayaking Puget Sound both for Mountaineers Books. I also teach stand up paddling (SUP) in the Pacific NW for my business, Salmon Bay Paddle. I'm a certified instructor through the PSUPA, ASI, ACA and PaddleFit. Since 1991 I've been a commercial photographer in Seattle. My work has appeared in Outside, Discover, and Canoe Kayak and are represented by Getty, Spaces, Tandem, and ImageSource. I also teach photo workshops.
